Sometimes, we need to disable/enable the ADB Addon Helper to see the device

I think this happens when Firefox runs, and then we use the ADB command line. The helper then needs to be disable/re-enabled for the device to show up.
Is this something new with WebIDE, or was it this way with App Manager too?

I'm not sure as I can't reproduce anymore :/
Next time it happens, I'll try to figure out exactly what's going on.

I am facing this issue on WebIDE on Nightly for the last 4 days. Even disabling/enabling the ADB Helper addon does not solve the issue. I need do a browser restart.

I have this issue before and seems like workaround failed recently.
When disabling/enabling adb helper several times, I saw tcp:5037 leaks, and they are all by firefox.
