Add a camera preview power test for the performance server. This will involve a little refactoring of the current test code.

So, one of the issues with this is the amount of power consumed in camera preview mode depends on how bright the screen is, which depends on what the camera is looking at. In order to do this test in a repeatable fashion, we'll need to standardize on both what the camera is looking at, as well as the ambient light level.
