Description:
When the user has set their phones language to ta-Tamil, the header for edit alarm is shown truncated.

Setup Steps:
1) Settings > Language > Tamil

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Clock > Click on a pre-existing alarm
3) Observe header is shown truncated

Actual:
'Edit Alarm' header is shown truncated

Expected:
Headers are not shown truncated

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.
