Description:
The "Tap to track your internet usage." and "Unlock your SIM to enable Usage." strings on Notification tab are truncated when viewed in Tamil.

Prerequisites:
1) Settings > Language > Tamil (Ta)
2) Set up Usage with one SIM and then insert another SIM

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Swipe the Notification tab down
3) Note the "Tap to track your internet usage." string.
4) Open Settings > SIM settings > Security and turn on the SIM pin
5) Restart the device
6) Skip the SIM unlock when prompted
7) Swipe the Notification tab down
8) "Unlock your SIM to enable Usage."

Actual:
"Unlock your SIM to enable Usage." are truncated when viewed in Tamil.


Expected:
Strings are not truncated when viewed in Tamil.
