Ensure that the entire adubysig container is always visible after data is loaded. 

Currently for direct hits to the graph, where there is no data, the no results message is not visible.

QA Tests
----------

Navigate to report/list ( perhaps focus on a release version )
Click on the graph tab
If there is no data, the message 'No data for signature ......' should be visible'

scenario 2
-----------

Just to be double sure
Copy the URL (of a graph with no data)
Open a new tab
Paste
And see that the result is the same as above.
