Adding the PR link in the "add attachment" -> "paste as text" box, makes an attachment that redirects to github & allows review/feedback flags to be set - which the reviewee can than then mark as "+" or "-" etc.

It's a simple enough fix so marking Fixed prior to its push to dev/stage/production.
