User Story

1) As a User, I want applications to be installed like they are on the web.  This would enable me to always have the most up-to-date version of my applications installed but require me to do nothing more than launch the application.

2) As a Developer, I want to be able to host my applications and have users discover, install and run them like they do on the web.  This allows me to make more rapid updates to my applications, fix bugs faster and provide a very familiar experience to the end user.
