103383 - media helper window launches again after selecting settings

seen on branch 1004 , winNT. I have realplayer installed, no media player.

Steps:
1 Go to the above url and select any category from under 'Browse Radio' on the 
left and click on a station to listen
2The media helper window comes up and detects real player and speed
3 click on 'Accept these settings' and observe that the media helper window 
again comes up instead of embedding realplayer inside that window and playing
4 Without closing this window or re-running the media helper check, click on 
another link from under 'Stations' and see that it plays fine. hmm...strange

If after step 4, it does not work,do steps 1,2 3 again and change the speed from 
DSL to LAN(before doing step 4 )..and click on ACCEPT SETTINGS button, and then 
do step 4 again. Then it works/plays fine. But this is weird...

The plug-ins triage team (av, beppe, peterl, serge and shrir) have reviewed this
issue and have made the following determination:

reviewing this bug, we believe this is a dup of 98719. Shrir will verify the
issues. Also, a reduced test case is needed.
