Details

I was using 20140630 master(v2.1) build upon v122 base build. After 2 days of idling, it lost the 3G signal and there is nothing we can do (including restarting and changing the SIM card)

I put a phone of newer master build and put it in the lab. I will close this bug if it is not reproducible.
