Now when we parse an entry key, we return LoadContextInfo, then idenhance and uri. But soon there will be more and more data put to the key and we don't want to add new and new arguments to return it to. So, I think an encapsulation helper class is needed. CacheFileUtils::ParseKey should return all that doesn't fit to LoadContextInfo to this new class.
