Boku has been done already but we need to update the url so there's two parts to this. Update boku finish_url to point to /mozpay/spa/provider/boku/complete-payment And point the other providers success url to /mozpay/spa/provider/[provider]/complete-payment too. All of the above is conditional on SPA_ENABLE being True (naturally).

Also this needs to handle the error cases too (Providers can send the user to error urls we define) We also need to make a view that can display error codes.
