STR:
1. On a Nexus 7 2013 in Firefox for Android nightly, open https://applyonline.anz.com/dsr-cc/creditcards/apply?apptype=LRM&sourcecode_1=IVAT#!start
2. Find and double-tap the Start link.
3. In the form that appears, right below the "Tell us about yourself" heading, there is a combobox to select the title. AccessFu doesn't see that. Swiping skips over it, and exploring yields nothing.
4. Same for Date of Birth and other combo boxes on the page.

Why are we skipping these? We definitely shouldn't.

Giving this a high priority since we are missing out on web elements here. I received this from a community member whose employer is stuck on this bug.
