... settings.js relied on the order being identical to other file? Is this maintainable?

I can make it more maintainable by mapping those objects to numbers rather than have it in an array, but otherwise yeah they have to by synced with out Python constants in the backend.

I don't suppose its a high priority fix but it does seem like something that would allow the commbadge code to be maintained in the future.
