Without a mozconfig, the default obj-$(config.guess) is used instead of MOZ_OBJDIR.
This bug is a blocker for resolved bug 762358 (which indirectly blocks bug cvs-decom). Can you confirm this bug does not need/depend on CVS at all, please? (Or update dependencies.)
