Steps to reproduce:
1. Usage when browser.taskbar.lists.recent.enabled is set to true
2. When the above variable is set to false the issue disappears.
Actual results:
Use firefox and for whatever reason the jumplist disappears randomly where nothing is there except Firefox, unpin, and close window. The list reappears randomly however. I did notice that if you disable the "Recent" option under about:config it fixes the jumplist but the recent does exist.
Expected results:
The list should be there regardless. I don't use any tune up software and don't clean temp files or anything like that.
