** Observed with 20011050 optimized Mozilla trunk build built from the source with "BUILD_PSM2=1 and MOZ_DEBUG=" ** I have been seeing this problem for a couple of days only with a Mozilla trunk build built from source with the above otion set to include PSM2. Here's the steps: 1. Use a latest optimized trunk build built from source. Go to hotmail.com 2. Login by supplying the user ID and then your password. 3. After step 2, a warning dialog comes up asking you if you want to remember the password. I usually say "No" to this and then right after that I get a crash. 4. Error message says: "Unhandled exception in mozilla.exe (PIPNSS.DLL)..." Additional notes: 5. Interestingly, this crash does not occur if I use a published non-debug build of the same day from Mozilla.org. But this published build crashes with an XPCOM.DLL error when I try to log out of the Passport system/Hotmail. 6. I compared the 2 PIPNSS.DLL files between my optimized build and the Mozilla.org's build of the same day. The latter is 694KB while the former is 654KB. 7. For an experiment, I replaced the problem DLL with the one from Mozilla.org and the problem does not occur. But in that case, there is a crash as I try to log out of Passport. 8. This crash ccurs 100% of the time for me so far.
