It might be a nice feature to be able to switch off or switch on graphics globally via context menu (just look at StarOffice 5.2 which had such a feature in its browser component). Additionally ther might be a feature like: Graphics in this frame off/on

oops.. This feature in a context menu is not the subject of bug 19260. It's closer to bug 38521, but that again is about a toolbar for the pref(s) Reopening.

I couldn't find a dupe and neither could rkaa it seems so there probably isn't one for this exact feature. Dependent on a few bugs I'm sure though. Confirming RFE.
