On, fx. freshmeat.net or europe.cnn.com all links have the underline removed
when the mouse-cursor is on the link (hover). If you position the cursor on a
link and use the mouse-wheel to scroll either up or down on the mouse _leaves_
the link and the underline should be visible again but it isn't before you move
the cursor over the link again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Look in "description"

Actual Results:  Look in "description"

Expected Results:  make the underline visible again

Duplicate of "link left in :hover state after being hovered and scrolled off
using mouse wheel", which is fixed in current builds.

You must verify a bug with a recent build is you want to file a bug report. You
can use the latest release but it's better with a nightly build.
(The build should not be older than 2 weeks, 0.9.3 is 2 months old)
