OpenH264 relies on the repository at github.com/mozilla/gmp-api. Every time we are about to change the gmp-api we need to branch this repo with a name that represents the latest FF version that was released with that gmp-api. We should make a 'Firefox32' branch now of this so we can make changes to it without breaking all of the OpenH264 CI.
