This contains new widgets added to the de toolbar, they may not be included with the diff file.

The file contains buttons that were added, I don't know if they are included in the diff file, so included this as well.

Changes:
     US - version number of the toolbar incremented.
     UK - version number of the toolbar incremented.
     DE - version number of the toolbar incremented, a few buttons were removed and a few were added.
