Every time I try to launch a real-audio file, I am asked whether I would like to
launch it or view it, despite repeatedly unchecking the "Always ask before
opening this type of file" checkbox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a like to a real-audio .ram file
2. uncheck the "always ask..." checkbox
3. Try it again

Actual Results:  It still asks you whether you would like to save or view

Expected Results:  It shouldn't ask whether you would like to save or view after
unchecking the "always ask..." checkbox.
