mozharness has code for validating the path to python/virtualenv.py exists, but it isn't always active. This was biting me and giving me a slightly less useful than ideal error message. I decided to fix it while I was debugging it. Patch forthcoming.

We could technically validate all arguments in `virtualenv`. But meh.
