This is a followup bug of bug 904177. Refine MediaStreamSource::readAt() with one MediaResource::ReadAt() function call instead of using one additional lock to protect Tell()/Seek()/Read() calls. - http://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/content/media/omx/OmxDecoder.cpp#220
