As an Editor of Feed I would like to be able to target a Feed Element such as a collection, branded editorial or article towards one or more platforms like the Desktop, Tablet or Phone so that I can create a Feed with content that I know is appropriate for that platform, that will not display on platforms that the element is not targeted for. For Example, if I make a collection Hot Games For Your PC, that only include games that work on the dekstop, I do not want this feed element on Firefox OS phone Feeds since the users may not be able to use these apps.
