User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140608211622 Steps to reproduce: I right click on a textarea to select the "English (United States)" dictionary, to enable spell-checking. Actual results: It enables spell-checking but for the other dictionary I have installed (Dutch). This means I need to right click again, select the "English (United States)" again, and only then it actually starts checking with English. Expected results: It correctly enables spell-checking, but it should do so for the dictionary I selected, namely "English (United States)".
Drew, do you know if this is a similar issue in cause to bug 1005601 ?

It most definitely has to do with async spell check, which is also at the root of bug 1005601. I don't have time to look at this now, though. If it got in the priority backlog I'd be happy to take it.
