Currently, we don't allow developers to change the app visibility for an app which is pending review. For the fickle-minded out there, we should consider adding the ability to change the App visibility of an app which is pending review.

Request for priority bump, because this means that the review team can't verify the visibility setting before a sensitive app is approved.

as a reviewer of a sensitive app, I want to know for sure before I approve the app that it will be unlisted after I approve it.

I'm not sure the reviewer has a particular need in general - its up to the developer to know/decide about the app visibility. In the kind of edge case I'm assuming you're referring to the person doing the review would probably have access to the relevant devhub edit pages to see there.

I did look through all the devhub edit pages and did not find the info anywhere; am I missing something?

Not currently, that's what this bug is for. I was just clarifying that the change needed is in the devhub rather than the reviewer tools.
