The installer on the MySearchDial website has been fixed to comply with our policies, but we have clear data showing that the vast majority of extant installs were installed using a different method. These add-ons also seem to be our current #1 search hijacker, and are generating large numbers of SUMO reports complaining about unwanted silent installs.

We also need to revert the default 'browser.search.defaultenginename' preference.
