User Story

As a WebRTC browser URL clicker but not on Firefox, I can report that the person I was talking too was abusive so that action can be taken about it.

Abuse report is done as part of the feedback form displayed at the end of the call.

Abuse reporter is a link clicker and abuser is an account user - report both IP addresses, abuser ID and date/time of the call.
