Just to note, we've already been landing some parts of localisation. So it would be good to get this review done soon (assuming it can be done against Darrin's UX MVP specs).

I'd also note that, if we plan to ship with Fx 33, this should happen before the end of this cycle, being Aurora string frozen.
I believe the work for this has been covered in other bugs
