Boot up the phone while running `adb logcat`. While booting to the homescreen/lockscreen, there will be a JavaScript error shown:

JavaScript Error: "DataError: Data provided to an operation does not meet requirements." {file: "resource://gre/modules/NetworkStatsDB.jsm"

I am not connected to wifi and I have no SIM card.
