Mostly the Mullet doesn't actually build, probably broken on trunk (and then we just blindly retrigger it over and over, https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&jobname=Mulet&rev=7ce6ecaba2ba&showall=1, so I've hidden it on tbpl to save those resources), but every so often someone pushes what I presume is an old enough parent to get back to when it did build, https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&showall=1&rev=99cafe73a4db and we schedule tests on it which tbpl thinks are regular desktop 10.6 tests because nobody told it that it had to recognize Mullet tests before recognizing 10.6 tests, tests which apparently nothing knows how to run so they're perpetually pending.

And now we're building it on Cedar (or, we were building it there all the time, but someone finally unbroke the build so it *actually* builds), and leaving the tests there pending until I kill them.
Summary: Mulet builds on Try triggering tests that don't get run → Mulet builds on Try and Cedar triggering tests that don't get run

Are you talking about the OSX mulet tests? Are they pending for ever?
https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Cedar&jobname=mulet
We can disable them if no one is working on them.
I assume it is the same for m-2 and m-4.

Yeah, OS X Mulet, which I think at the time might have been the only Mulet. I presume nobody is working on them since nobody has ever seen them run, and nobody has filed a bug about them not running. I don't have any opinion about the permaorange and permared Linux64 tests.

No need to package anything if there are no test builders.

No Mac mulet test builders.
The previous patch disables the sendchanges since there is no packaging (IIUC).
