Steps to reproduce:

ZTE Open (US_EBAY) FFXOS v2.1 2014-07-12_userdebug (18:27:52)
Open browser, phone in Portrait
Pinch to zoom and works correctly
Re-orient phone to landscape


Actual results:

Pinch to zoom doesn't work in landscape
Pinch to zoom requires Large Y-Axis component to register (can't pinch to zoom in every orientation, which is awkward)

Expected results:

Pinch to zoom should work regardless of device orientation & regardless of orientation of finger 1 vs finger 2.

In other words, vertical, horizontal, & all angles in between should all be valid positions for pinch to zoom. It should not be constrained to having a large Y-Axis component to work, but rather the large delta between location of finger 1 and finger 2.
