When a textbox gets focus through javascript in XBL, the keyboard events are
routed to the XUL control, but they are not treated accordingly: no characters
are visible in the control, nor is the caret visible.

Ignore attachment #3 [details] [diff] [review] - it is not relevant to this bug. Only download
attachments 1, 2 and 4.
Attachment 1 [details] [diff] should be called mis1.xml
Attachment 2 [details] [diff] should be called mis1.css
Attachent 4 can be called anything.

Additionally, it may just work by running attachment # 6 [details] if you are lucky.
Attachment 5 [details]&6 try to emulate attachment 2 [details] [diff] [review]&4 online.
Ignore last comment: should be on other bug
Sorry, last comment was inappropriate - bug in bugzilla
The online testcase # 6 should work like # 4 :
You get 3 edit boxes alternatingly allowing input.
If you download 1,2 and 4 , then you should see the cursor jumping from one box
to another. The XUL textbox however is skipped.
