Build: 10-09 Mac and linux, 10-08 Windows 0.9.4 branch build
If you go: http://www.att.ne.jp/hamihami/cook/ - this is a page with x-jis meta
charset, you will find the page loads ok first and then display garbled no
matter how you switch the auto-detect OFF or ON, the charset is always marked
as x-jis, but the page is not display properly.
It display fine on Windows IE and N4.7.

It works for me. I used 10/11/2001 0.9.4 build on Windows 2000 US (auto
detection is off).
The page shows fine before/after the reload.
In the menu, "Shift_JIS" is selected.

Yes, it works fine on 10-12 on all platforms.
