Steps to reproduce:

Open dev tools console, start typing something that will prompt suggestions, like `document.`. 


Actual results:

The text in the list of suggestions seems to be rendered twice, about 3-4 seconds apart. The result is the text suddenly gets bolder and brighter. Recording: http://recordit.co/3XXEkJWBBS


Expected results:

Once opened, the suggestion menu's appearance should be consistent.
