1038891 - OMXCodec crash while stability testing

This crash has been seen at least 9 or 10 times in recent build.  STR not exactly clear since this is from stability test.

From the logs:

Greg, attachment 8456861 [details] is a patch for b2g-v2.0. Can you try the patch?
