User Story

As a user I want to know the implications of the update process before deciding to start the installation.

Acceptance criteria:
AC1: The information will be shown in the dialog where user decides to install (apply) the update after it has been downloaded.
AC2: The dialog will just say that the device won’t be usable for a few minutes (it’s impossible to estimate).

I think putting the question first helps here: Do you want to install the update now? You will not be able to use your phone for a few minutes.

Testing with Flame, kk base and master: Gecko-329f383 and Gaia-f00b591. I have seen the new message warning the user: "Do you want to update now? You will not be able to use your phone for a few minutes." (see screenshot) Thanks for the work done here. Bug marked as Verified.
