In Settings, I can't find a place to switch 12-/24-hour time format. It doesn't make sense to remove this option, as it depends each one's preference to use either 12 or 24 hour time, at least in my locale (zh-TW).

Besides, If we really are going to remove this switch, is there's a localizable switch to decide with format is take by default?
