When opening a new tab the rotating activity icon isn't transparent.
This only seems to be the case the first (few) times the tab is opened, as I am
typing this, I have openeded enough tabs to have the problem go away.

Confirmed. (BuildID: 2001100903 / Win98)
Note: the icon isn't transparent only for first frames of the animation.
Pressing 'reload' display that bug again.
