Details

The majority of the development discussion section is awesome, well written, and super helpful. Changing the name from 'Development Discussion' to 'Contributing' would clear up perception that the section is unstable or likely to change. The glossary should be made part of the larger docs. http://sphinx-doc.org/markup/para.html#directive-glossary There are a few general explanations that can possibly be merged into webdev-bootcamp, and more links added to relevant Mozilla and Python docs
