The Japanese version of /firefox/android is not available.
This page will be the equivalent to http://mozilla.jp/firefox/android after the Japanese localization.

I think this page was meant to be merged with firefox/new that's why we don't translate it, maybe Jennifer can tell us more about it.

firefox/mobile is redirected to firefox/new, but firefox/android is still alive.
Which one is more suitable to introduce Firefox Android?

We will change the redirect for /firefox/mobile to point to /firefox/android in Oct 2014 when the new page is live.
