Changing the text size while on a page does not update the comboboxes correctly

If you are on a page with comboboxes (bugzilla query page is a good example) and
change the Text Size value in the View menu, the text in the comboboxes gets
larger (or smaller), but the controls themselves do not. Pressing RELOAD makes
the controls change size too. The controls should resize when the text inside of
them does.
To reproduce this:
1) Load http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi
2) Set the text size to 200% in View menu, Text Size option
3) observe that the text in the comboboxes is larger, but the controls are not
4) press reload button
5) observe that the comboboxes resize appropriatly
6) change text size back to 100%
7) notice again that the text is resizes, but the controls are not
Probably happens on all platforms, but I tested on Win2K only.
