Since we are shipping with 4 icons per row, we should optimize the default layout to consider that.
Jacqueline - Could you get us a new layout that works with 4 icons per row?

Hi Kevin, I've attached a proposal for the 4 column homescreen. Its very similar in structure to the 3 column with some of the icons reordered to account for the extra space. Also, we need to add one more default smart collection to even out the row. Let me know if this works!

The only thing to mention here is the Entertainment name being truncated. We used to use Showbiz to avoid the truncation. If we can use that again (without needing a new string) then that would be ideal.

Since only low-mem devices now get 4 columns, and it's customizable, going to backlog this for now.
