User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 SeaMonkey/2.26 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140415200419

Steps to reproduce:

I started composing a mail and entering the mail address.

Actual results:

Seamonkey suggested mails that have been used before. The name of someone whose name was written with umlauts still was shown as full code.

Expected results:

Name shuould be shown properly and without codes.

I attached a screenshot (and made the adresses black there). Don't know when this started, maybe it also happened after updating Seamonkey. Many names with umlauts are shown correctly, but sometimes not. I had this problem on different computers.
WE might need to port
Bug 1012398 - AutoCompletion doesn't take capitalization from address book entry when tabbing to complete

Bug 1043310 - AutoCompletion doesn't take capitalization from address book entry, can leave angle brackets characters >> in field, when loosing focus by clicking outside (not enter/tab)
I'm not sure why you think those are related. Seamonkey doesn't even use toolkit autocomplete yet (which those bugs are specific to).
