Details

Expose a 'certified only' (when DS will be 3rd party available) that provides contacts thumbnails.

With this we will be saving lots of space between contacts, dialer and sms.
Target Milestone: --- → 2.1 S1 (1aug)
We need to investigate if this will be needed since we can use moz-samplesize, which will allow to have a quick sample from the backend, and perhaps we won't need to offer this to other apps.
