1041538 - A few more "Bugmail filtering" fields need to be excluded from the prefs UI

These can be added to http://git.mozilla.org/?p=webtools/bmo/bugzilla.git;a=blob;f=extensions/BugmailFilter/lib/Constants.pm;h=98b5793afbffb109af581073b9155074885296d6;hb=HEAD#l38 [github] I think?
* Commenter
* Creation date
* Flag setter (given that the setter can't change and this overlaps with flag requestee perhaps?)
* Last resolved (this isn't surfaced in bugmail, right?)
* Last visit (not surfaced in bugmail)
* Votes (bugmail doesn't get sent for these anyway)

I don't recognise these, but guessing they are from other products so still have to be kept?

* Locale
* Machine State
* Mozilla Project
* Office/Space

yes, these make sense.

yes, these are custom fields and need to be kept.
