Right now it can only surface makes by tags which is only slightly helpful.
I've updated the search function with options for tag, description, title and user searches. I also need to add in pagination, so this bug is only half done.
just an FYI that we're looking to use the gallery feature in training and appmaker: https://github.com/mozilla-appmaker/appmaker/issues/1861 so maybe we can move this up in priority?

To Do still: 1. refactor the search results area to include pagination.
