Gaia-grid is injecting strings as collection names: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/18d18d1f840e7d93ffd5cf211b173ff52b466df7/shared/elements/gaia_grid/js/items/collection.js#L55-L58 Instead, it should set data-l10n-id's where possible and inject the string only where the category has no localizable name.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens. As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
