Steps to reproduce:

attempted to send picture via phone to tablet


Actual results:

error message received on phone stating transfer unable to occur. 


Expected results:

file transfered from phone to tablet.

flatfish device sends files via bluetooth with no problems, but is unable to recieve and pairing also only works one way and not both. Paired device was a ZTE Open with Firefox OS version 1.1 last official update from ZTE.

Test on latest build, bluetooth file transfer works and can receive file from other devices.
