Attached patch fix ordering (obsolete) — — Splinter Review 
Mozconfig comparison fails because of ordering (because we use diff to compare nightly vs. release). Attached is a fix, which needs to land on nightly, aurora, and beta.

We should also get around to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=885154 someday so these issues stop biting us in the ass at release time for fennec/thunderbird.

get rid of cruft

Landed on beta as a bustage fix: https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-beta/rev/1e48c30502fd

Request approval for aurora because it's technical not a bustage fix there, I guess.
